Pet products are not veterinary advice

We sell pet accessories, not veterinary products or medicines. Nothing on this site — product descriptions, guides, blog posts or replies to your questions — is veterinary advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Always speak to a qualified vet about your animal's health, diet, behaviour or any symptom you're worried about. Never delay seeking veterinary care because of something you read here.

Safe use of our products

Pet products carry risks if used wrongly. Check the size guidance before buying, introduce new items gradually, supervise your pet with anything new, and inspect toys, collars, harnesses and beds regularly. Stop using anything that is chewed, frayed, cracked or damaged. Collars and harnesses are not escape-proof, and automatic feeders and fountains are aids, not substitutes for checking on your pet. We are not liable for injury or loss caused by misuse, poor fit, lack of supervision or failure to inspect a product.

Accuracy of this site

We take care to keep product details, prices and stock correct, but we don't warrant that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free. Colours, sizes and finishes can vary slightly from photographs. Where a mistake affects an order, our Terms of Service explain what happens.

Intellectual property

The Wiggle & Whisk name, logo, site design, product photography and written content are owned by us or used under licence. Brand names and trademarks belonging to other companies remain the property of their owners, and are used only to describe products. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our marks or content commercially.
