Terms of Service
These terms apply to wigglewhisk.com (the "Site"), operated by Wiggle & Whisk ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact, delivery and payment details.
2. Products, prices and availability
We try to show our products and their colours as accurately as we can, but your screen may display them differently. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We may limit quantities, or stop selling a product, without notice.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
4. Errors
Occasionally there may be mistakes on the Site — a wrong price, a wrong description, or wrong stock information. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel affected orders, even after they're placed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that you're authorised to use it.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product safety and use
Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary products. Supervise your pet when using any new item, follow the size guidance, and stop using a product if it becomes damaged or chewed. Nothing we sell or publish is veterinary advice — speak to your vet about your pet's health.
9. Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to break the law, send spam or malware, scrape or copy our content, resell our products as your own, or interfere with how the Site runs. We may suspend access if you do.
11. Our content
The Wiggle & Whisk name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
12. Reviews and anything you post
If you leave a review, comment or photo, you give us permission to display and share it. Keep it lawful and your own. We may remove anything abusive, false or off-topic.
13. Third-party links and services
The Site links to other services, and uses third parties for payments, reviews and shipping. We're not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms apply when you use them.
14. Liability
We provide the Site and our products with reasonable care, but we don't promise the Site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
15. Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, where Wiggle & Whisk is registered. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
